**Job Title**: Live Creator Manager

**Job Overview**: We seek a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Creator Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding TikTok live Creators/Host to join our network. Your goal is to help Creators/livestreamers/Hosts grow into professional broadcasters, increase their online presence, and maximize their revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**: Proactively identify and reach out to potential TikTok creator. Introduce them to our agency and guide them through the process of joining our TikTok live agency partner.
- **Streamer Support**: Maintain daily communication with creator after they join, providing guidance on content optimization and best practices to enhance their TikTok accounts.
- **Growth & Development**: Assist creators in rapidly improving their broadcasting skills, driving increased traffic and revenue.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the creator, ensuring ongoing trust and collaboration.
- **Content Creation**: Create and manage your own TikTok account, posting recruitment-related short videos aligned with the company's recruitment strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Interest & Knowledge**: A strong interest in social media, live streaming, and short video production.
- **Sales Experience**: Extensive experience in sales, with a proven ability to quickly build rapport with new contacts.
- **Language Skills**: English is mandatory, preferred,good at English and Chinese preferred, English native speaker preferred.
- **Education**: Students pursuing a degree in Media & Communication are preferred.
- **Relevant Experience**: Previous experience in on-site sales (cosmetics, fashion, or restaurant services) is a plus.
- **Personal Traits**: A strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

**Compensation**:
Base salary plus 5% of the Creator/Livestreamer/Host' earnings.

- Monday to Friday

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Commission pay

Pay: $18.22-$36.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
