**Duties/Responsibilities**:
SEO Execution & Strategy:
- Manage SEO for the company and improve organic search engine performance through goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversion
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, making adjustments based on metrics and trends.
- Optimize website content, product descriptions, and landing pages for targeted keywords.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings across search engines.
- Link building - Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
Digital Marketing and Content Creation Campaigns:
- Work closely with Admissions department to develop relevant print marketing materials, to ensure best-in-class customer experience
- Implement tactical online marketing initiatives including event tracking, on site optimizations, keyword analysis, content creation, site auditing and competitive analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience using adobe products such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for the website, and other digital channels.
- Develop and execute content strategies that increase engagement, drive organic traffic, and improve SEO rankings.
- Ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices, brand voice, and business goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Plan and execute results-driven social media content strategies
- Manage all social media channels consistent with individual brand identities
- Develop and curate engaging content for all social media feeds through social media calendars
- Ensure the growth of social media channels and development of an engaged online audience
- Monitor and optimize paid campaigns for maximum ROI, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks.
- Develop and manage strategies for social media marketing, ensuring effective engagement and brand visibility.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing and SEO Coordinator or similar role with a track record of driving successful campaigns and results.
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.) and a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, SEO-friendly content.
- Knowledge of internet marketing, search marketing and/or web development
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Experience in sourcing and managing content development and publishing
- Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in digital marketing
- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently
- Focused on achieving clear, measurable outcomes and understand the importance of data-driven decision-making.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Education in Mental Health and Addiction is an asset.
