Administrative Full-time New Position

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop project plans and documentation for implementation
- Monitor execution of project work to ensure quality and achievement of outcomes
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions relating to execution of assigned projects
- Coordinate hiring activities, including onboarding, as required for assigned projects
- Lead procurement activities as required for assigned projects
- Coordinate with key stakeholders as required to achieve project outcomes
- Research new process pathways to streamline CEC operations on recurring projects
- Compile guides and tools for CEC staff and stakeholders to ensure processes are communicated, understood and followed
- Educate team members and stakeholders on new and modified policies and processes
- Maintain budget trackers and visual dashboard for all ongoing projects
- Act as the key point of contact for the collection of key metrics from all project stakeholders
- Collate and analyse data to extract meaningful information
- Prepare documentation to summarize project results and findings
- Act as a point person for in-person activities at CEC facilities in Downtown Kitchener and at Communitech
- Develop policies and procedures for use of CEC facilities

**Qualifications**:

- Three-year Diploma/Degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum three years of related industry experience supporting projects
- Experience with financial management, budgets and project management is an asset
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude who can anticipate needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with colleagues, peers and supervisors
- Proven organizational skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively within tightly prescribed timelines and meeting all criteria
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to think and act strategically and to resolve complex problems with good judgement and diplomacy
- Proficiency with design tools, specifically Canva and the Adobe Suite
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, MS Office products, Trello and Slack software
