**Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with experience working with high-performing and highly reliable enterprise-grade solutions. In this role, you will be working to coordinate both internal and external facing software development projects and data transfer activities between Power TakeOff and our utility customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate the Utility onboarding process to ensure timeline changes are communicated to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate potential issues to senior management.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Ensure project tasks are being executed according to plan, and adjust plans as required to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and conduct regular project status meetings.
- Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving resource conflicts.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assertive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, databases, systems, and software development lifecycles.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Aha is a bonus.

**Location & On-Call Requirements**
- Full-Time Remote
- Located within Canada

**Location & Travel**
- This is a remote position and a fully remote company.
- Power TakeOff does have ties to Denver, Colorado, and Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, with a number of employees based in those markets.
- Travel not required, but Power TakeOff does have events on occasion and pays for travel and accommodations for them.
