Renovator

**Lead Renovator**: is a goal oriented self-starter who completes project tasks while leading the onsite team. Working closely with the Project Manager and clients, you are a key member who delivers demolition, framing, drywall, paint trim and finishes on the site.

Compensation:
$60K-80K per year (Full-time employment) Paid Vacations Uniform Provided

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Carpentry trade
- **Must have a Basic Tool Set: Drill & Driver, Hand Tools.**:

- Valid G license with a clean driver abstract.
- Residential experience is required.
- Maintains a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
- Must be competent in reading blueprints
- Must be able to understand architectural concepts.
- Must have deep knowledge of construction methods.
- Excellent organization, analytical, planning, and administrative skills.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
