Renovations Lead

The Lead Renovator is a goal oriented self-starter who completes project tasks while leading the onsite team. Working closely with the Project Manager and client, you are a key member who delivers the following:
Demolition Framing Drywall Paint Trim & Finishes

Compensation:
$60K-80K per year (Full-time employment) Paid Vacations Uniform Provided

Qualifications:
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Carpentry trade
- **Must have a Basic Tool Set: Drill & Driver, Hand Tools.**:

- Valid G license with a clean driver abstract.
- Residential experience is required.
- Maintains a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
- Must be competent in reading blueprints
- Must be able to understand architectural concepts.
- Must have deep knowledge of construction methods.
- Must be able to safely & skillfully complete the following:

- Demolition
- Rough Framing
- Drywall - Board & Tape
- Painting
- Finish Trim
- Millwork
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, analytical, planning, and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Pride in working cleanly at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year
