Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria Branch for a BIM/VDC Specialist. This position will be responsible for the implementation of BIM/VDC-related technology and services. This position will work closely with the project teams to lead and assist in project delivery throughout the design and construction phases.
- Wage Band Range is $75,000 to $100,908 annually_

Position Specifications
- _Post-Secondary education in Architecture or Engineering is preferred_
- _In-depth knowledge of BIM & VDC services, standards, and implementation_
- _5+ years of production experience in design, drafting or engineering_
- _1+ year working for a General Contractor_
- _Prior experience in the Construction Industry is considered an asset_
- _Ability to train other employees on various BIM tools and software_
- _Strong written and verbal communication skills_
- _Ability to use time productively, maximizing efficiency and meet challenging work goals_
- _Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others_
- _Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education in BIM & VDC_
- _Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently_
