**Local Producer Channel Lead**

**About the position**

ANBL is seeking a Local Producer Channel Lead to join our Channel Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Channel Sales, they will support local producers with retail alcohol agent locations throughout the province. They are continuously building mutually beneficial relationships, and act as the first point of contact for questions on the Local Producer Agency program, including social responsibility, contracts, policies, and legislation impacting activities and sales. This is a new position that is expected to grow and evolve with the program.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Educating and coaching Local Producers on agency store requirements (eg. Remittances, shelf life, shelf space, etc.)
- Overseeing pricing and inventory within Local Producer retail locations
- Visiting locations twice a year to build relationships, policy training, and spot checks
- Maintaining records of data for each location, and contracts
- Monitoring and following up on results from Mystery Shop ID Checks
- Working closely with internal teams supporting the Local Producer category development and related financial compliance programs

**About you**

You have a passion to support and help foster growth in New Brunswick’s local craft industry. You bring a strong understanding of the sales and retail industry with a focus on strategy and implementation. With your outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset, you can easily build relationships with key stakeholders to proactively address issues, solve problems, and propose recommendations. Building on your previous sales and customer service experience, while keeping a constant pulse on industry trends, you will identify improvements and implement best practices to drive a “Better Every Single Time” customer experience.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Post secondary education in business administration or similar
- 2+ years of experience working in a sales and customer service environment
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office Suite
- Ability to have tough difficult conversation and excellent conflict resolution skills
- Ability to adapt in changing environments, and with changing priorities
- Excellent organization, problem solving, relationship building, and communication skills

**It would be fantastic if you also had**
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Language competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills in both official languages is required (oral and written)

**Location**:

- Reporting into the ANBL Retail Operations Centre (ROC) in Fredericton, New Brunswick
- Option to work on a hybrid basis within New Brunswick, with availability for in-person meetings as required.
- Travel within the province will be required on a regular basis
