**Mission**

Éliminez le gaspillage, raccourcissez les délais d'approvisionnement et améliorez la qualité globale et l'exécution grâce à notre approche LEAN de l'entreposage. Nous recherchons une personne bilingue dynamique pour se joindre à notre équipe en pleine croissance.

**Responsabilités**:

- Le Coordonnateur/trice s'assure de l'exactitude de toutes les commandes sortantes ou entrantes de l'entrepôt. Le Coordinateur/trice attribue les commandes à une équipe de 4 à 5 caristes.
- La flexibilité est essentiel dans ce poste, vous allez devoir travailler après 17h00 de temps à autre.
- Travailler avec le Superviseur d'entrepôt et la Coordinatrice Logistique pour gérer le flux des commandes et assurer l'exactitude et la rapidité des commandes.
- Recevoir les expéditions, vérifier les scellés, recevoir les chauffeurs, prioriser les expéditions selon le calendrier.
- Travailler avec le Superviseur et ses collègues pour terminer les commandes dans les délais.
- Gérer les documents de chaque commande avec la Coordinatrice Logistique.
- Effectue toutes autres tâches requise par la direction.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diplôme d'étude secondaire
- Capable de bien gérer le stress
- Expérience à gérer une petite équipe de 5-6 employés
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Outlook et Excel
- Bon communicateur
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Capacité à prioriser les tâches
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement au rythme rapide
- Compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles, capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et sens du souci du détail
- Doit parler français et l'anglais, l'espagnol un atout

We are looking for a dynamic bilingual/trilingual individual to join our growing team.

**Responsabilities**:
The Warehouse Floor Coordinator is responsible for all inbound or outbound orders from the warehouse. The Floor Coordinator assigns orders to a team of 4-5 forklift drivers. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders.
- Receive shipments, verify seals, receive drivers, prioritize shipments according to schedule.
- Work with Warehouse Supervisor and other colleagues to complete orders in time allotted.
- Manage paperwork for each order with Logistics Coordinator.
- Performs any other duties as required by management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completed high school studies
- Able to handle stress well
- Experience managing others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills (French and English, Spanish an asset)
