Key Responsibilities:

- Support, create, manage and enhance the Shop FAN EXPO’s digital marketing efforts
- Manage daily tasks around website usability and information management, SEM, SEO tactics, keyword research, link building, content development and social engagement
- Update Shop FAN EXPO with new products coordinating the production of Marketing elements including social graphics and copy, web banners, eBlasts, eNewsletter inclusions, and advertisements
- Identify and implement tactics to increase Shop FAN EXPO sales including flash sales, integrating products in other FAN EXPO communications, live auctions, contesting, partnerships, etc.
- Own the editorial calendar for Shop FAN EXPO posting content that increases the following, grows engagement, and increases traffic to the Shop FAN EXPO Website
- Work with internal teams to provide reports to the Shop FAN EXPO Store Manager highlighting opportunities
- Oversee the accuracy of details, including the layout and visual components of the website and communications
- Support the Customer Service team in resolving Shop FAN EXPO customer issues in a timely manner
- Support paid digital marketing initiatives
- Quantify and analyze campaign results and make recommendations on ways to improve or increase the success of marketing efforts
- Support the Shop FAN EXPO Store manager in ensuring work back schedule deadlines are met
- Collaborate with the Creative and Brand Manager on industry press releases promoting exclusive merchandise
- Create and manage mailing lists
- Manage setup and sales for Shop FAN EXPO merchandise stores at FAN EXPO HQ events
- Report to the Digital Marketing Manager and support, communicate and collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Shop FAN EXPO Store Manager, Marketing Manager, Creative and Brand Manager, Marketing Coordinators, Graphic Designers, Show Directors, and external vendors
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- College degree in event management or equivalent experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills and adaptable to constantly changing priorities
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team
- Proven ability to work under pressure, balance workload and meet tight deadlines
- Critical thinker who can make suggestions for improving event and process
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team player.
