Order Entry Clerk

Toronto, Canada Restaurant Normandin Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all order details
- Enter orders into the company's system with high accuracy and speed
- Verify order information with customers, sales representatives, and other departments as needed
- Communicate with customers to resolve order issues and discrepancies
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and other departments as needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all orders and related activities
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy and security
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Proven experience in order entry or related role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order entry software
- Excellent data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

**Salary**: $21.15-$25.30 per hour
