Ensure timely and accurate entry of information, including alphanumeric data, financial records, customer information, inventory data, and other relevant data sets.Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries. Validate data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.Organize and maintain electronic and physical files of data, ensuring proper indexing, sorting, and storage for easy retrieval and reference. Update and archive outdated or obsolete data as per organizational policies and procedures.Assist in generating routine reports, summaries, and dashboards based on collected data. Compile and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies for reporting purposes.Prepare and maintain documentation related to data entry processes, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data by adhering to data protection policies and privacy regulations.
