**Key Responsibilities**:
**Menu Execution**:Prepare and cook a diverse range of menu items, including but not limited to chicken platters, wraps, Indian snacks, pizzas, and other dishes from various cuisines.
Follow established recipes and techniques for each dish.
**Culinary Expertise**:Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking methods, such as grilling, baking, frying, and sautéing.
Ensure that the taste, presentation, and quality of each dish meet our high standards.
**Menu Development**:Collaborate with the management team to create and refine the menu, incorporating new dishes and seasonal specials.
Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the menu and attract customers.
**Food Safety and Hygiene**:Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
Monitor ingredient quality and storage to prevent contamination and spoilage.
**Cooking Equipment**:Operate, clean, and maintain various kitchen equipment, such as grills, ovens, stovetops, fryers, and more.
Report any equipment issues for timely maintenance.
**Inventory Management**:Assist in inventory control, keeping track of ingredient levels and ordering as needed to minimize waste and ensure fresh ingredients.
Notify management of inventory replenishment requirements.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure a streamlined and efficient workflow.
Communicate effectively with the serving staff and colleagues to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
**Cleanliness and Organization**:Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a multi-cuisine cook in a café, restaurant, or similar culinary setting.
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of cooking techniques, cuisines, and culinary traditions.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- A creative and innovative approach to culinary arts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
