Do you love connecting with people? Are you someone who loves organizing and keeping things running smoothly? If so our **Employee Engagement Associate (EEA)** role may be right for you.

At Blakely we take employee experience seriously and our EEA is at the center of delivering a great employee experience. Reporting to the COO, you’ll be the first point of contact for new hires, coordinating new employee onboarding, overseeing our Blakely Buddy program and ensuring new hires are set up for success.

As this role is central to delivering great employee experience, you’ll plan and oversee employee experience initiatives and Blakely events. Although we are primarily a work from anywhere company we meet in person in the office on a somewhat regular basis, this role would be part of in person office days likely 1 - 2 times per week.

**Must Haves**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
- Experience creating and managing budgets
- Solid team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong employee experience focus
- Strong computer software ability in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams
- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
- Positive outlook and works collaboratively, striving to meet team goals

**Responsibilities**
- Leads employee engagement initiatives
- Supports Hiring Managers in recruitment and new staff onboarding
- Plans and facilitates Blakely meetings and events
- Liaise with Managers to facilitate employee performance management
- Manages correspondence for job applicants through careers site
- Manages Event budgets

The salary range for this position is $45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience

plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision care, 3 weeks vacation plus an additional 9 Blakely days off (half day Fridays before each long weekend and the office is closed for one week at the end of December each year).
