The incumbent will be the event lead, responsible for all planning and event day execution and will often work with an event team. These events could be held in schools, in communities such as events or in public venues. The Recruitment Officer engages and follows up with prospective students and their influencers who have connected with the department through one of the incumbent’s activities.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for logístical support for small
- and large-scale events across multiple territories including Ontario College Fair (OCF), College Information Program (CIP) tour, Build a Dream community engagement events.
- Ensures prospective students’ information is accurate and captured properly within College CRM systems.
- Responsible to ensure event strategies and assigned activities come in on budget.
- Proactive execution of recruitment services, the incumbent may be assisting with multiple events simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-year diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Event execution, Human Resources, Public Relations or similar field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years customer service and or sales related experience. Experience within an educational institution an asset.
- Experience working with Client Relationship Management (CRM) considered an asset.
