Major Community Projects Coordinator

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to leverage resources, expertise, and support for the organization’s projects.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, using metrics and benchmarks, and prepare reports on project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards for project management, including procurement, contracting, and risk management.
- Work closely with the organization’s leadership team to develop and implement a communication strategy that promotes the organization’s projects and initiatives to the wider community.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to volunteers and staff involved in project management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and engage volunteers and staff.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop and implement strategies to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management software and tools, and knowledge of project management methodologies.
