Key Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinate and deploy contractors for onsite preventative maintenance and job task as needed.
- Independently execute repairs and carry out minor maintenance operations to mechanical, plumbing and building equipment
- to paint, perform minor carpentry and maintain exterior grounds as required (exception: services performed under contract)
- To regularly inspect the entire premises from a maintenance and safety standpoint, and file required reports with supervisor.
- Operates floor care machines (drive Zamboni throughout warehouse to maintain standard and compliance).
- Operate snow plow and loader during the winter months to maintain safe and clear grounds and path to entrances
- General and minor repairs to dock plates, overhead doors, seals and trims or coordinate with contractors to complete.
- Responsible for ordering housekeeping and maintenance supplies from vendors and maintain inventory as needed
- Identify and report safety hazards and fulfill all Health & Safety, WHMIS, and MSDS, policy requirements.
- Picks up garbage/recycling and transports to designated areas as needed
- Adheres to established facility policies and procedures, including safety rules and safe working practices.
- Prepare documentation as required according to facility policies and to the health and safety committee.
- Perform other duties and complete additional projects as assigned.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
