Description

Ledcor is now hiring experienced concrete Laborers with experience for an industrial headframe project located in Jansen Saskatchewan.

In this position you will perform general tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. including clean and site prep, snow removal, bush hammering and general clean up of rubble, debris and other waste materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed
- Snow removal, bush hammering, spotting of heavy equipment
- Operates hand tools and lifts heavy items
- Digging, working with dirt, concrete, rock, grading, tape measures, levels and various tasks associated with concrete construction

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience with concrete labour in an industrial setting
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, pre-access drug and alcohol screenings
- Must possess valid CSTS/CSO or BSO (Construction Safety Training Systems) certification
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Comfortable working at heights

Work Conditions:

- Experienced applicants that reside in Leroy, SK or surrounding areas will be given preference due to the location of this project
- 14 days on / 7 days off rotational shift, 10-hour workdays
- Camp based accommodation provided for non-local employees
- Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
- Benefits provided by CLAC including extended health and dental, pension & RRSP
