Job Title: Framer

Overview:
Join our team as a Framer and be part of a dynamic construction crew dedicated to creating high-quality structures. As a Framer, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by assembling and erecting framework for buildings, homes, and other structures. If you are skilled in blueprint reading, carpentry, and have a passion for building, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials according to the blueprint
- Build walls, floors, and roofs using various tools such as hammers, saws, and nail guns
- Install windows, doors, and siding
- Work with concrete finishing and drywall as needed
- Operate heavy equipment for tasks such as lifting materials and operating machinery
- Restore or repair existing structures as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Framer or similar role
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with concrete finishing, drywall installation, and siding work
- Competence in operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
