St. John Ambulance Ontario is offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified and ambitious individual to take the role of Financial Analyst at our Provincial Head Office located in Toronto.

**Essential Duties**:

- Input Pension, Benefits, CRM Licence charges and Revenue Sharing invoices and quarterly Certificate Insurance billing and other updates froM/For Branches
- Reconcile payments by credit cards with Moneris statement and BMO Statement
- Reconcile Master card statements and Amex portal payments
- Input invoices for training certificates, graphic services and other miscellaneous invoices as required
- Complete Nevada program requirements including quarterly reporting & monthly payments
- Complete investment reporting and Financial Statements including journal entries
- Review monthly reconciliations from branches ensuring adherence to accounting principles
- Assist in preparation of materials for annual audits
- Prepare inventory drop ship & adjustments
- Provide support to Business Development: Maintain comprehensive records of client data in customer relations management system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Constant Contact, Click Dimension)
- Generate weekly and monthly sales and new contacts reports
- All other duties as assigned

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**
- Post-secondary education with focus on accounting; working towards a professional accounting degree.
- Working knowledge of accounting and computer software specifically Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of database software.
- Relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated problem-solving/analytical and time management skills
