**Job Description**:
Position Type: 10-month contract (Projected start date January 15th, 2024)
Schedule: Monday through Friday Office Hours
Remote Type: Hybrid Remote - requires (2) in office days a week
Position Purpose
The purpose of this role is to manage issues and returns standings across the regions and ensure proper customer communication. The Inventory Coordinator owns the tactical implementation of the standing orders, abandons as well as national issues and returns adjustments that are needed to operate an agile, flexible, and lean network.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Manage creation, changes, and cancellation of standing orders for issues and returns in central, east, and west region.
- Liaison with transport team on execution of issues and returns standings balancing.
- Work through daily exceptions by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Transportation, and Retail partners.
- Use available data/reporting to make appropriate decisions regarding JDA forecasting and standings adjustment.
- Own Proactive order management process (POMP), prepare POMP file quarterly and liaise with Sales team to make sure standings changes are well in place in the system.
- Execute strategic logístical and equipment inventory controls through collaborative planning with customers. Drive innovation and continuous improvement to both internal and external supply chain partners.
- Collaborate with planning analysts to understand and execute the network balancing moves between regions (1- and 2-weeks’ time window) and communicate the changes to the customers
**Qualifications**:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Written and Verbal English is required.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics
- SCMA Designation
- CSCP Designation
Experience
- 2+ years related experience in supply chain industry
- Experience executing orders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with transportation partners as well as operational partners
- Customer service experience is considered an asset
Skills and Knowledge
Required:
- Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Intermediate expertise MS Excel and PowerBI
- Sense of urgency and a strong drive for results and execution
- Detail Oriented - ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and balance large number of inputs and priorities
Preferred:
- Customer forecasting
- Six Sigma methodology
- Previous SAP experience
- Advanced MS Suite

Responsabilités majeures/clés
- Gérer la création, les modifications et l’annulation des ordres permanents pour les problèmes et les retours dans les régions du centre, de l’est et de l’ouest.
- Liaison avec l’équipe de transport sur l’exécution des problèmes et les retours classement équilibrage.
- Travaillez à travers les exceptions quotidiennes en collaborant avec les partenaires des ventes, des opérations, de la logistique, du transport et de la vente au détail.
- Utiliser les données et les rapports disponibles pour prendre les décisions appropriées concernant les prévisions et l’ajustement du classement des JDA.
- Propre processus proactif de gestion des commandes (POMP), préparer le fichier POMP tous les trimestres et assurer la liaison avec l’équipe des ventes pour s’assurer que les changements de classement sont bien en place dans le système.
