Sky Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to be part of our business operations team. This role primarily focuses on managing construction projects, coordinating with team members to align with timelines and budgets, and supervising labor resources. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols, managing materials and equipment, maintaining regular communication with project managers, and solving unforeseen challenges. Hands-on proficiency in various construction tasks and potential assistance in other operations are also part of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**: Collaborate on construction plans, schedules, and day-to-day operations.

**Workforce Management**:Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assign tasks, and provide guidance.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards; conduct inspections.

**Safety Management**: Enforce safety protocols; conduct safety trainings.

**Material and Equipment Management**:Coordinate delivery and handling of construction materials and equipment.

**Communication and Reporting**: Update the project manager regularly; maintain records and reports.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and develop solutions to construction site issues.

**Hands-On Work**: Proficient in specific construction tasks like framing and drywall.

**Assistance in Operations**: May be required to assist project coordinator or manager as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Proven background as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.

Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Excellent interpersonal abilities and communication skills.

Ability to interpret construction plans and drawings.

Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

Able to work in demanding, outdoor environments.

High level of detail-orientation and problem-solving skills.

Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license.

Authorization to lawfully work in Canada.

Preferred Training and Certifications: WHMIS for Managers and Supervisors; Office Health and Safety; Hazard Identification, Assessment and Control.
