PRIVATE LENDING SPECIALIST
- Assisting existing clients with troubleshooting and reconciling mortgage loans, and investments within the software, comparing issues against the functions and logic of the software, and ensuring successful implementation of changes
- Demonstrate the functions and features of the software end to end to potential clients
- Assisting new clients with data conversion, software implementation and accounting configuration
- Managing the software implementation process to ensure efficiency and data accuracy
- Take the lead with managing and all incoming support requests from existing clients, and oversee and delegate related tasks to all support team members
- Training clients on the difficult unique case scenarios and able to demonstrate by using and understanding the software’s mathematical formulas
- Troubleshooting client issues within the nature of the software in reference to the industry,
- Managing all customization requests including effectively understanding the requests, documenting the requests, and comparing requests against the logic of the software,
- Maintaining an ongoing support program with existing clients to ensure they are gaining value from the software,
- Project management for client customizations from start to finish, and implementing efficient project management processes,

Skills required are:

- Minimum 2 years experience in the private lending industry
- Mortgage, investment, and accounting experience
- Ability to understand all Mortgage Accounting principles,
- Ability to work individually and in a team setting, and the ability to learn the system on their own
- Strong client relations and business etiquette,
- Ability to understand the principles of Accounting (credits, debits, assets, liabilities), Financial Statements, double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries and bank reconciliations,
- Ability to understand and execute all Canadian Mortgage Loan and Investment Calculations,
- Understanding of Mortgage concepts, definitions, and principles,
- Ability to resolve and/or understand client's issues and succinctly communicate those requirements,
- Ability to think logically with strong mathematical skills,
- Project management experience with proven success,

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing client customizations requests
- Managing client support requests
- Training and Demonstrating on the system, Trouble shooting and Client Relations,
- Record detailed reports on client customization requests,
- Take initiative to ensure each client's satisfaction with the system,
