Marketing Assistant

SUMMARY
The **Marketing Assistant** is responsible for the execution of branding and marketing efforts for JBS Equipment and its dealer network. This position encompasses traditional brand management and marketing responsibilities including digital marketing, public relations, social media, event management, advertising, and other marketing materials.
NOTE- Position is all in office
main duties:
- Creates marketing literature and campaigns, ensuring design and message meets the company brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Provides support for social media activities (e.g. creating and scheduling content, monitoring mentions, responding to posts, etc.)
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics as requested.
- Develops written content for internal and external audiences, including company and dealer newsletters (via constant contact), advertising copy, websites, internal memos and marketing collateral.
- Coordinates events, such as tradeshows, dealer events (e.g exhibit space registration, coordination of booths and support material and event follow-up; monitoring inventory of displays; coordinating mailing lists; promotion)
- Ability to create, maintain and update multiple WordPress sites including e-commerce plaforms.
- Keeping up-to-date calendars for the Marketing Department, including campaigns, events.
- Supporting the planning and organization of internal and external events to strengthen corporate culture.
- Managing and organizing digital and physical files.
- Other tasks and general support of the sales team as required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma in Business, preferably Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1 to 3 years of industry work experience with a focus on website administration and content creation.
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro).
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Creativity - All assets are made in-house and not with apps such as Canva.
- Strong organizational / time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and superior customer service skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
