**Requirements**:

- The position requires individuals with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an industrial, agricultural, commercial or construction background working on or with hydraulics.
- Welding capabilities are preferred.
- Basic hand tools are required. Specialty tools will be provided.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Journeyman or equivalent trade certification is an asset, but not required. (Millwright, Pipe fitter, Mechanic etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to problem solve and think on the spot.
- Basic computer skills.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have an ability to get to and from job sites as required.
- Tube/pipe bending skills an asset.
