As an Irrigation Service Technician at West Van Irrigation, your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities requiring both technical skills and personal attributes:

- **System Servicing, Repair, and Installation**: Utilize your experience to effectively service, repair, and install various irrigation systems upgrades.
- **Adaptability and Quick Learning**: Showcase your ability to rapidly adapt to new scenarios and assimilate new skills in the ever-evolving irrigation field.
- **Customer Interaction**: Employ your personable nature to leave lasting, positive impressions on our customers.
- **Team Collaboration**:Demonstrate your team spirit and respect for colleagues in a collaborative work environment.
- **Physical Labor in Diverse Conditions**: Relish the opportunity to engage in outdoor physical labor, showcasing resilience in various weather conditions.
- **System Start-Ups and Midsummer Checkups**: Execute system activations at the season's beginning and conduct thorough inspections midsummer to ensure ongoing functionality.
- **Estimates and Upgrades**: Use our tools to provide on-site estimates and recommend system upgrades, contributing to improved client experiences.
- **Certification and Licensing**: Hold or be in pursuit of a CIT (Certified Irrigation Technician) and/or Back-flow Certification. Additionally, **a valid Class 5 driver’s license** **with a clean record** is essential for operating company vehicles and equipment.
