Within PSDD the Application Maintenance Support (AMS) team delivers the Application Maintenance and Support services to a wide range of internal and external clients.

In this position you will provide business analysis/consulting services and leadership to support, plan, and prioritize a high volume of work for multiple business areas. You will be able to work with the AMS team, vendors, and clients to plan release management and coordinate activities with external projects. You are able to work effectively in a team environment, while also independently managing work and tasks related to resolving issues and planning enhancements with clients. You are a skilled analytical thinker, an effective communicator, have excellent time management techniques, and thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

This position will provide technology planning, business analysis, systems design and client support services. It will also provide technical and project management expertise for multiple, concurrent, medium sized projects from initiation to completion.

**Job Requirements**:

- University degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent; **AND** a minimum of **2 years of recent, related experience**; **OR**:

- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered (e.g. relevant training **AND **a minimum of **6 years of recent, related experience**).
- Recent, related experience must include:

- Experience providing business analysis on high-risk projects.
- Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and design.
- Experience ensuring the completion of technical reviews, quality assurance checks and post-implementation reviews.
- Experience monitoring the work of vendors and monitoring the performance of contracted information technology services.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

- Experience in Application Management and Support.
- Formal AGILE training.
