Notre mission est d'aider les médecins en fournissant les produits radiopharmaceutiques les plus pertinents pour la TEP et la TEM de manière sécuritaire et fiable, contribuant ainsi à sauver des vies.

**Votre rôle chez nous**: En tant que Technicien(ne), Support Informatique, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le soutien aux utilisateurs finaux, la résolution des problèmes techniques, et contribuerez à l'amélioration continue des services informatiques, incluant la maintenance et le support des équipements et logiciels.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Enregistrer et répondre aux demandes de support via un système de billetterie du service d’assistance et des outils de soutien à distance, en veillant à ce que toutes les informations soient correctement capturées et enregistrées.
- Créer et tenir à jour la documentation sur les problèmes fréquents et leurs solutions et partager les connaissances avec l’équipe du centre de services pour améliorer leurs compétences et leurs performances.
- Assurer un traitement professionnel et courtois de toutes les demandes d’assistance, en maintenant un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle et de communication tout au long du processus d’assistance.
- Fournir une assistance pour les systèmes Intune et MDM, en veillant à ce que les appareils des utilisateurs finaux soient sécurisés et conformes aux politiques de l’entreprise.
- Veiller à ce que l’équipement du personnel d’Isologic soit fourni en temps voulu et avec tous les éléments demandés.
- Identifier de manière proactive les possibilités d’amélioration des processus et d’optimisation de la prestation des services informatiques, et collaborer avec l’équipe informatique pour mettre en œuvre ces changements.

**ÉDUCATION, EXPÉRIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES**
- Doit être bilingue français/anglais
- Au moins 4 ans d'expérience
- Un diplôme pertinent accompagné d’une expérience pertinente ultérieure; ou une expérience approfondie et des connaissances spécialisées dans un domaine technique de l’informatique
- Certifications Microsoft ITIL (désirable)
- Expérience antérieure en tant qu’agent(e) de service d’assistance ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Aptitude démontrée à installer, gérer, mettre à niveau, entretenir et dépanner les systèmes d'exploitation et les appareils des utilisateurs finaux dans des environnements d'entreprise.
- Expérience démontrable des solutions MDM telles qu’Intune.
- Connaissance de Ncentral RMM
- Connaissance de la méthodologie ITIL (souhaitable)
