**The Opportunity**:
Our Commercial Account Servicer / Claims Administrator will be responsible for assisting some of our highest profile clients across Canada in accordance with our highest service standards. It is critical that we are there to both assist and advocate for them during a loss. Our Claims Administrator will also be working with the Account Executive, Commercial Account Managers and Commercial Insurance Associates on one of the biggest and fastest growing commercial production teams in Canada to ensure proper claims reporting and analysis.

**What you will do**:
Assist clients with claims submissions with high client service standards

Assist account executive, account managers and service team with claim submissions, claims follow ups and claims reporting

Provide loss runs to account executives, account managers and service team for renewal review

Update client contact information as changes occur

Will be responsible for other service functions of accounts such as binders, certificates, accounting related processes and other regular administrative duties to help support the service team

**What you will bring**:
Level 2 Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 1 year

Experience in commercial insurance and/or commercial claims - understanding of claims process and importance of superior client service during a client loss

Experience and working knowledge of EPIC

Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency

Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute in a team environment

Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail

Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs

Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively at all levels of the organization

Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working towards an Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma - BCIT)
