Newcastle, Canada CanCam CNC Machines Full time

CanCam is seeking assistance in the day to day operations related to customer technical support and machine production. In this position you will assist the lead technical support staff as well as assist the machine production team.

But **DO NOT** be intimidated, if you know nothing of this field you can learn through our very friendly and helpful team. **You do not require** previous experience with CNC machines or software for this role.

**Typical Job Tasks**

Assist technical support team

Create systems and processes for technical support to client

Troubleshooting

Assist with the assembly of machines

Create documentation for support and production

Machine preparation, for the technical team

Client training and support

Supporting the sales team with demonstrations and technical knowledge

Equipment research and development

**Mindset & Culture**

Creative and flexible; you need to enjoy being hands-on with machinery and software and able to deal with new and developing technology

Organized; the role is autonomous. You’ll be setting your own agenda and planning your time

User-friendly: we’re a small, tight team and you’ll be dealing directly with our clients

**Ideal Skills & Qualifications**

Someone that enjoys learning and playing with technology

Someone who enjoys helping people solve problems.

Experience with software and electronics

Experience with assembling/disasembling

High level of computer literacy

Practical and intellectual problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
