**Position**:Operations Supervisor

**Shift Timing**:Monday to Friday, various hours between 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee delivery & Outbound Dock processes at the branch
- Monitor Driver & Dock performance and ensure adherence to company standards
- Minimize P&D operations cost and summarize daily performance
- Oversee dispatch and pick-up operations
- Oversee coordination of appointments to ensure 99.9% on time deliveries
- Supervise and manage Drivers and Outbound Dock Staff
- Assist Customer Service in arranging same day specials
- Occasional filling in for drivers and making deliveries on the road as required
- *Any additional duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years transportation/dispatch related experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Above average communication skills
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Valid G Class License and clean abstract
- Working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of ATS Shipping System
