**Your Role**:
Choose your own adventure Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:

- Leading and managing our Corporate Affairs team made up of diverse and talented administrative support staff.
- Collecting and organizing corporate data and files, including managing databases and folders using best practices and overseeing our internal document retention program.
- Providing input on and assisting with the implementation of corporate affairs strategies and processes to allow for consistent delivery across projects and markets.
- Coordinating with our various Corporate Services teams on company-wide initiatives, including HR, Facilities, IT, Legal, and Accounting.
- Organizing and supporting our Board’s governance processes and practices.
- Facilitating the delivery of important communications and business updates to employee shareholders.
- Managing important support functions under the Corporate Affairs umbrella, including international travel support, organizing continuing professional development, and corporate memberships.
- Maintaining the company’s professional licenses, certificate of authorization, and other corporate/professional documents.
- As a member of the leadership of the organization, working collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the entire organization.
