Are you an HR professional looking to utilize your skills in employee relations? Westview Co-op is looking for an experienced professional to support HR functions such as training, internal investigations, and policy legislation.

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for employee relations such as internal investigations and policy enforcement and maintenance, in accordance with legislation.
- Create and administer training programs for employee development in alignment with organizational goals.
- Guide and support all levels of leadership on employee management, disciplinary policies, and practices.
- Support other HR functions as needed. Travel to various Westview Co-op locations will be required with a vehicle provided or mileage paid.

**The Team**:You will work alongside the Human Resources Manager, Payroll Specialist, HR Coordinator and Health & Safety Advisor. This close knit team is highly involved in their community and organization. They strive to cultivate a culture of integrity and teamwork.
