Security Administrator

Are you a people-oriented individual with experience in the security industry and in office administration? We are looking for an Administrator to join our team to support day-to-day operation at a site in Squamish and grow their career with the Paladin team

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Scheduling employee training sessions
- Personnel records keeping
- Project support for items such as statistics, access control reports, vehicle registrations, daily and weekly reporting, and other administration related to the work
- Organize various office equipment and supplies inventory
- Assist with administering new employee hire packages and facilitating submission of necessary documentation
- Assist with finance-related tasks, such as employee reimbursements
- Other administrative duties as required to support the site's operations

**YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE**:

- Excellent communication skills
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Great organization and time management skills
- Strong computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and WinTeam (our scheduling software) is a strong asset

**Additional Information**:

- ** All shifts will be on a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation**:

- ** Accomodation will be provided during your two weeks on shift if you live outside of the Squamish area**:

- ** Work hours will be 0600 - 1800hrs or 0700-1900hrs**:

- ** Pay Rate: $25.00/hr**
