We are presently seeking a **Learning and Talent Coordinator** that will participate in the design and implementation of training and talent management activities, as well as provide administrative support. This position reports to the Global Learning and Talent Manager.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver online learning modules via a learning management system;
- Support in the creation and coordination of learning programs to support learning pathways through the use of video, audio, or 1:1 workshops;
- Provide support in a variety of learning and talent initiatives related to performance management, talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion, wellbeing, engagement and retention, and employee and internal client satisfaction;
- Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of training programs;
- Administer administrative activities such as produce offer letters, book flights and accommodations, produce expense reports and/or other adhoc reports;
- Update organizational charts;
**Requirements**:

- Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, psychology or another other related field;
- Posses a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field;
- Be organized and efficient to successfully multitask within a fast-paced environment;
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs.
