**Job Summary**:

- Looking for a Registered Chiropractor who will act as a Clinical Director for a new paramedical facility to ensure smooth operations and grow revenue streams.

**Payment Structure**:

- Salary will begin at $70, 000 per year with 20% ownership equity of the clinic. No investment will be required to become a shareholder of the clinic.

**Job Duties**:

- Ensure clinicial policies and procedures are met to ensure smooth flowing operations and satisfied clients.
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a portion of the day for treatment of patient
- Oversee the allocation of resources to maintain efficient clinical operations
- Monitor patient care metrics and implement improvements as necessary

This is a position for a chiropractor who has a passion to grow their career.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
