**Description**:
Being on the Training and Development Team at Skip is all about building lasting relationships with the members of the organization and ensuring that our teams are successful in their roles. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordinating scheduling and designing of the onboarding programs of our Canadian Partnership Success Teams (Sales and Sales support teams). The Training Coordinator will also assist in the design and development of required training courses/sessions for these teams, and will have opportunities to deliver training as required.

**What's On Your Plate**:

- Onboard and coach new hires on the Canadian Partnership Success Teams
- Develop and deliver training and training materials/resources
- Manage and schedule all training needs both onboarding and new for all Partnership Success teams
- Build and maintain impactful relationships with Partnership Success Employees
- Maintain open channels of communication between teams to enhance and improve the onboarding and advanced training of PS Teams
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and/or Stakeholders to design training and coach on how to deliver training
- Acts as an ambassador for our Partnership Success Team to promote a positive and professional work culture
- Assist with team events and conferences

**Recipe for Success**:

- 2-3 years of working experience as a training developer, training coordinator or similar role
- Hands-On experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Experience in designing training materials
- Basic knowledge of instructional design theories and skills
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Deep enthusiasm for developing skills and knowledge through training
- Eager to learn and grow professionally in Training & Development
- Some education in Training & Development is preferable but not required
