Carver’s Steakhouse and Lounge is currently looking for a dynamic individual to be its manager.

As the Carver’s Steakhouse and Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for the daily running of the dining room and lounge, providing motivation, direction, and mentorship to your team, while holding the team accountable to the standards set forth for Carver’s.

You will ensure service excellence throughout the guest experience, supporting and guiding the team to deliver a service that exceeds guest expectations. Your expertise and passion of both food and beverage are necessary to ensure the smooth running of the operation, as well leading the team by sharing your knowledge.

In this managerial role, you are ultimately responsible for Carver’s Steakhouse and Lounge’s success by increasing revenues, managing costs, implementing processes, and most importantly, building guest loyalty by delivering an excellent guest experience.

You will be part of an energetic management team that lead with great attitude, mentorship, communication, and expectation. This position reports to the Director of Beverage.

**Attributes and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years in a Managerial or Supervisory role in Food and Beverage
- Professional serving experience
- Attentive, engaging, and social
- Professional appearance, confident, and approachable
- Sommelier or significant level of wine knowledge is a definite asset
- Food safe handling certificate
- Provincial responsible alcohol service certification
- Previous experience with administrative aspect of point-of-sale system
- Proficient computer skills and adaptable to various programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
