Key Responsibilities:

- Review accuracy, process and post new, used and wholesale deals into vehicle management and accounting software.
- Update and reconcile deal logs and reports and record sales commissions
- Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory related schedules
- Review and process daily cash control entries and prepare bank deposit
- Maintain and reconcile cash clearing schedule
- Review, reconcile and submit dealership statements and payment for financial products
- Work with assigned stores on tasks and concerns
- Assist Controllers with maintaining and reconciling various accounting schedules and reports
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Prior experience in Automobile Dealership accounting is preferred
- Experience with PBS and related dealership accounting software is an asset but not a

requirement.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Accounting technical knowledge
- Self-driven and easily adaptable
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills and willing to tackle challenges
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
