**Creating a Sense of Home**: We are home to 108 residents. At Windsor Elms Village there are three distinct neighbourhoods. Each neighbourhood has four houses of nine residents. With such a diverse group of residents, you will find each house has its own character. At WEV, we strive to create flexibility that mirrors life in the communities and homes our residents have known.

**The Executive Assistant is **a key member of the Windsor Elms Village Leadership Team. Their primary role is to provide an exceptional level of professional, administrative support to the CEO, leadership team and Board of Directors while fostering Windsor Elms Village Mission, Vision, Guiding Principles and the Ten Principles of the Eden AlternativeTM. Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant has proven to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion; tact and sound decision making skills.

- Support verbal/written communications
- Contribute to internal & external event planning / fundraising initiatives / various projects as needed.
- Payroll Timecard entry for Leadership Team
- Maintain policy review / schedule & assist with policy revisions / developments.
- Assist with collection / compilation of materials to support licensing requirements.
- Attend, Participate & take minutes at various meetings.
- Website oversight
- Development / coordination of various reports throughout the year
- Contribute to Strategic Planning process.
- Participate in Joint Occupational Health & Safety committee.
- Advertising support of various initiatives
- Supports Board of Directors to successfully function in all manners.

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with staff at all levels, board, residents, families and community.
- High level fluency with all Microsoft Office products
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow established policies & procedures with a strong attention to detail
- An upbeat and friendly personality
- A strong interest in customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and manage time effectively
- Ability to operate general office equipment

**Salary**:Based on experience

**Hours**:The regular hours of work for this position are intended to be 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Flex time may be approved outside of these hours. Given the scope and responsibility of the role, on -call availability/flexibility may also be a requirement.

**Start Date**:Approximately July 10, 2023
