Novaflow Systems is located in picturesque Brockville, Ontario and is Corob’s global Center of Excellence for gravimetric dispensing solutions with Engineering / Design, Software Development, Customer Support, Service, Sales and Manufacturing at this site. - **Summary of the Position**_

Functionally reporting to the Finance Team Lead, the successful incumbent will work closely with the local Novaflow team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions in the corporate ERP system as well as help ensure the overall integrity of financial data and reporting to allow for informed and strategic business decisions.
- **Key Responsibilities and Duties**_
- Accounts Payables - record invoices and process payments according to prescribed terms. Work with internal purchasing resources and vendors to confirm accuracy of pricing.
- Order Entry - process and manage orders ensuring all documentation is attached and pricing is according to quotations or established price lists. Liaise directly with customers and internal subsidiaries to resolve any discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivables - generate and submit invoices to customers according to the terms of the order and / or corporate practices and policies. Follow up with customers that have overdue payments (A/R aging).
- Reallocation of financial transactions through journal entries as required to ensure they are registered against the correct account / GL code.
- Communicate with stakeholders as appropriate to ensure financial transactions are posted / processed correctly.
- Identify and investigate accounting irregularities and develop solutions to both correct and prevent reoccurrence, within the stated scope of work.
- Actively seek opportunities to make improvements, both from a quality and efficiency perspective, in accounting processes currently in practice at Novaflow Systems.
- **Essential Skills & Education**_
- Minimum 2 year college level diploma in Accounting / Bookkeeping. Relevant experience / aptitude in place of formal education will be considered.
- Experienced and comfortable working in an electronic accounting software package.
- Solutions focused mindset with a strong desire to improve processes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.

- Experience in Quickbooks Enterprise.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and methodologies, specifically as it applies to inventory control and manufacturing.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
