**Responsibilities**:
As an Infrastructures Project Manager, you will:
**Plan, Execute, and Control Projects**:

- Lead major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center, ensuring successful planning, execution, and control.
- Manage project costs and schedules to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Understand and prioritize the needs of internal customers, establishing clear communication channels at different hierarchical levels within the organization.

**Risk Management**:

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring a proactive and sustainable approach to issue resolution.

**Resource Coordination**:

- Coordinate various resources involved in project development and execution.

**Safety Enforcement**:

- Enforce internal safety rules on project sites to ensure a secure working environment.

**Technical Issue Resolution**:

- Solve various technical issues using sustainable approaches, demonstrating technical proficiency

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction) and/or technical field.
- Possess five to ten years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to mobilize diverse teams.
- Adopt best practices in project management and work effectively under pressure.

**Communication Skills**:

- Bilingual with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and problem analysis and resolution skills.

**Responsabilités**:

- En tant que gestionnaire de projets d'infrastructures, vous devrez:
**Planifier, exécuter et contrôler les projets**:

- Diriger des projets d'investissement majeurs pour le centre de fabrication de Saint-Laurent, en veillant à la réussite de la planification, de l'exécution et du contrôle.
- Gérer les coûts et les calendriers des projets afin d'atteindre et de dépasser le niveau de satisfaction des clients.

**Engagement des parties prenantes**:

- Comprendre les besoins des clients internes et leur donner la priorité, en établissant des canaux de communication clairs à différents niveaux hiérarchiques de l'organisation.

**Gestion des risques**:

- Identifier et atténuer de manière proactive les risques liés au projet, en garantissant une approche proactive et durable de la résolution des problèmes.

**Coordination des ressources**:

- Coordonner les différentes ressources impliquées dans le développement et l'exécution du projet.

**Mise en œuvre de la sécurité**:

- Faire respecter les règles de sécurité internes sur les sites des projets afin de garantir un environnement de travail sûr.

**Résolution des problèmes techniques**:

- Résoudre divers problèmes techniques à l'aide d'approches durables, en faisant preuve de compétences techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur (mécanique, civil, construction) et/ou dans un domaine technique.
- Posséder cinq à dix ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets à grande échelle dans le secteur manufacturier.
- Faire preuve de compétences organisationnelles, de qualités de leadership et d'une capacité à mobiliser des équipes diversifiées.
- Adopter les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion de projet et travailler efficacement sous pression.
