**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Operate and maintain equipment such as loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, and Excavator.
- Perform tasks including digging, filling, and moving materials.
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years civil construction experience
- 10+ years’ experience operating heavy equipment
- Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50lbs on a regular basis
- Willing to work out of town as required
- Ability to work long hours with some weekends and overtime
- Must comply with GALLAGHER’S zero tolerance policy and complete the pre-employment drug & alcohol and fit testing
- Strong critical thinking, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Must have a clean driving record and provide commercial drivers abstract with resume

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
