Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company, ensuring financial stability and growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Allocate material, human and fi nancial resources to implement organizational policies and programs

Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions

Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments

Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs

Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other offi cial functions

Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Manage fi nances or budget

Maintain database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and on-line buy/sell Internet sites

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
