**Environmental Services - Housekeeping Aide**

This important role supports patient safety and healing by ensuring a clean environment for patients, staff and visitors by performing housekeeping duties throughout all areas of MAHC. This very physical position works alongside a diverse healthcare team devoted to quality care and high standards in an ever changing environment involving prudent use of resources, waste control and efficient cleaning routines.
- Secondary School Diploma required
- Previous Environmental Aide experience in a health care facility preferred
- High degree of attention to detail and thoroughness throughout areas of assignment required
- Eager and adaptable, you will be available for all shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work and complete workload assignments with mínimal supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English required, with the ability to work well with others in an interdisciplinary team environment.

As a condition of employment, external hires are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination to the Hospital’s Occupational Health and Safety department.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.53 per hour
