**Description du poste**:

- Track Safran assets that are out with customer on Exchange or Lease and work with the Customers on estimated return date.
- Front office for customer support and purchase order management with Air framers, MRO's and Airlines for Lease, Retrofit and Exchange purchase Orders
- Process Exchange, Used Part Sales, and Lease Purchase orders in SAP and manage flow through the warehouse to customer dock. Process invoices and credits using SAP and the reverse logistics through SAP, the Toronto MRO and the CS Spares Warehouse.
- Assist with exchange pricing, prepare Exchange, and Lease contractual agreements and work with the commercial manager to approve
- Main focal for Claim adjudication as received from the CSC. Investigate and reply with appropriate findings
- Main liaison between CS Logistics and the Toronto MRO to maintain CS owned assets, including but not limited to acquiring part dates to repair and overhaul gears, identify gears in stock that require maintenance and expediting parts with procurement to complete necessary work packages
- Cascade CS Logistics forecast requirements and details to the local MRO to provide forecasts on CS Logistics assets for shop loading and management purposes
- Size and Manage pool inventory ensuring the correct parts and quantities are on hand while ensuring the yearly inventory target is maintained.
- Participate and assist in Supply & Demand Planning activities and manage programs as directed by CS Management
- SAP Master data management, building parts, auditing data, updates where required.
- Review and process courier invoices and validate for payment
- Participate in the on call AOG rotation.

- Must possess excellent problem solving skills and have the ability to be proactive and innovative in approach.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, a vast and in-depth working level knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
- Data Analysis and Organizational skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
