**Duties**:
The focus of the Registrar's Office is to work collaboratively with all St. Lawrence College partners to create effective, responsive, accessible, and efficient services that support our students. Within this context and as a member of the management team in the Registrar's Office, the Associate Registrar, Systems, Reporting and Scheduling is accountable for Student Information and scheduling systems sustainability, the leadership, management, and supervision of SIS, team, Scheduling and Reporting Analysts, and the respective policies, services, procedures, and programs in those functional areas.

Further, the incumbent is responsible for the strategic planning, ongoing development, implementation, and management of efficient, effective, and timely cross-functional, improvement projects (i.e., ministry reporting, internal reporting to inform enrolment planning, PUMS, systems sustainability). The incumbent ensures that procedures and services comply with government policy and align with institutional strategic enrolment management, student success and retention priorities. These projects typically carry significant student and institutional impact.

The incumbent represents the Registrar's Office on committees internally within the College and externally. The incumbent will also be called upon to represent the Registrar in his/her absence and provides expert guidance and advice to the St. Lawrence community on matters related to admissions, registration, enrolment, student records, convocation, and tuition calculation.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:
A minimum of a 4-year degree in a relevant field of study along with seven years of progressively responsible experience in a post-secondary/Community College environment. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system training/experience and project management training/experience is required. An acceptable combination of Education, training and experience may be considered.

A minimum of 7 years of proven functional, human, and fiscal leadership/management experience with proven ability to communicate (written and oral) at an advanced level. Experience and knowledge of College and/or University sector systems and registrarial operations, academic policies and procedures (preferably including admissions). Demonstrated strategic and operational planning experience. Demonstrated experience to manage and support multiple, complex operation and cross-functional projects.

**Other Required Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of all Peoplesoft Campus Solutions modules.
- Familiarity with PS HCM and Finance.
- Strong understanding of connectivity and implication between systems such as Campus Solutions and Finance.
- The incumbent must have experience in policy development and business process redesign.
- Given the continuous interaction with diverse internal and external clients inherent in this position, client service, conflict resolution and negotiation skills are critical.
- Analytical skills are essential in the interpretation and analysis of large amounts of complex information.
- Knowledge of the Community College educational structure and working knowledge of scheduling, admissions, records and student finance systems/processes and their proper functioning - standard business accounting practices, ministry reporting and internal controls, registration processes, etc.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, interpret, and streamline policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of, and/or experience in, the following areas are required: Ministry of Colleges and Universities policy and binding policy guidelines College Records and Fee policies and procedures Management - Budgeting Human resources and collective bargaining agreements

**Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements**:
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location and work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college’s Telework Policy. Incumbent may be required to carry medium objects and stand for long periods of time occasionally. The incumbent may also have to travel to meetings, and tri-campus activities.

**Salary & Terms**:

- **Admin Group**:Pay Band 12: $93,637 - $124,850 per annum, commensurate on education and experience. In addition to the salary, the position is eligible for pay for performance.
