**Responsibilities**
- You will play a major role in helping us change industry perceptions when it comes to investing. As a Business Analyst you will be working primarily with our team of Portfolio Managers and traders; identifying enhancement opportunities and supporting the team with any issues that may arise
- Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Portfolio Management, Custodian Operations, Product and Engineering, etc. to deliver the best possible client experience
- Work on “Explore” projects that you will own from the beginning. See a problem or inefficiency? Let's work on a plan and execution strategy to fix it in an effort to continuously improve the client experience

**Qualifications**:

- Strong people skills and a positive attitude - You will be interacting with Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors, Internal Support & Custodial Representatives
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be an adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Advanced Excel and MS-Office skills
- Ability to balance fun with a high personal bar for performance
- Excellent problem solving and analytics

**Nice to have**
- Strong technical skills and programming abilities are highly preferred
- Understanding of financial services and wealth management concepts
