**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients and markets to target for new business opportunities.
- Generate leads using diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including project managers and production, to ensure exceptional client service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales/business development role.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for onsite meetings.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
