**What you will do**:
The Pathways Programs Financial Coordinator is responsible for preparing and monitoring several project budgets, for the School College Work Initiative (SCWI) including the Regional Planning Team 2, the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) and the Humber Dual Credit and Academic Upgrading programs. Drawing on best practices and principles, in financial accounting, the incumbent tracks and monitors cost centres and financial information; ensures financial and record-keeping requirements and reports are accurate and that they meet the terms and audit requirements for college auditors and special contracts and/or agreements (e.g. SCWI, Ministry of Training, Labor and Skills Development). In addition, the incumbent monitors revenue and expenses for department codes, investigates discrepancies, generates reports and monitors budgets to ensure revenue dollars are received. Finally, the incumbent is responsible for investigating invoicing and reporting discrepancies for RPT2, which includes 6 Colleges and 9 schoolboards, and for preparing the final expenditure report for SCWI.

**Education**:
Three (3) year diploma / degree in Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Marketing and any other related fields of study

**Experience/Skills**:

- Business consulting and generating reports for multiple audiences
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
